Kim Neuskens is a leadership coach, advisor and inspiring keynote speaker. She guides leaders and companies from detecting the invisible blocks and training their mental strength to learn them to harvest their success.
She has expertise in leadership, communication and mental training. Her path started by performing on stages as a child, organizing a theatre festival and learning everything about communication in front of a public audience. Then she became an editor-in-chief for national television shows and learned about engaging large tv audiences. After 20 years of working as a communications specialist, she became a successful International Certified Business Coach. She now helps leaders and teams to do the inner work for outer succes.
She guides companies and their leaders beyond the SDG's (Sustainable Development Goals) towards the IDG’s (Inner Development Goals).
