Frederik Tibau
Expert Digital Innovation & Growth / Lead Scale-up Programs at Agoria
As expert in Agoria's Digital team, Frederik helps start-ups and scale-ups grow by offering practical tools & expertise with a strong focus on internationalization. He's the manager of Scaleup Flanders (Belgium's most comprehensive guidance program for scale-ups) and of Scale Brussels, a program that focusses on the internationalization of Brussels based scale-ups. Frederik is also setting up corporate venturing initiatives at Agoria, while he calls for more efforts to put Belgium on the map as a tech hotbed.
Before joining the Belgian federation for the technological industry, Frederik was the director of international relations at Startups.be and Scale-ups.eu, and in that capacity he focused on creating global connections for Belgian digital businesses and the organisation of 'GoGlobal' start-up missions all over the world. Frederik is a former tech journalist for publications such as De Tijd and Data News.
