"Young enough to believe in the magic of start-ups. Old enough to realize that magic won't appear overnight". The strength of the founding team determines the strength of the start-up. Tijs helps founders talk about what matters, in an effective way. He has coached +200 start-ups and learned that founder dynamics decides whether a start-up will fail or thrive, in the long run.
At this moment, Tijs is a researcher at Harvard Business school, where his work is focused on leadership and team dynamics. Before 2023, he was a visiting professor of leadership and team dynamics at several top-tier universities and business schools.
