That is what Dewi does, she help companies in their digital transformation and how to empower their users. She talks and writes about the need of more diversity and ethics in tech, and engages herself in diverse initiatives supporting this.
We often don't realise it enough because we have grown up in it, shaped as it were, but the world around us is tailor-made for men. Literally. A 1m80 man weighing around 75kg. Whether it is the distance from the steering wheel of the car or pedals, the size of the pocket of your jeans, lighting of footpaths, size of your mobile phone, drills, ... all tailored to that one man. That somehow makes women always have to conform to that world, where female entrepreneurship the key is to changing that world. Close your eyes and try for just a moment to imagine that world, where women would be at the helm for decades, how different it could be. Dewi would love to show you how to get there.
